Big news from the Bauer Theatre
Festival Antigonish has now been approved to use the Bauer for the 2026 Summer Season, with retrofit construction set to begin in September.
That means the work to keep this beloved space safe is moving forward — and so is the summer season.
In just 3 months, our community has helped us raise $422,000, bringing us to 84% of our $500,000 goal. That is incredible momentum, and we are deeply grateful.
This campaign is about more than a building. It is about protecting a place of memory, mentorship, creativity, belonging, and live performance in Antigonish.
